1. Bachelor degree in any field.
2. At least 3 year experience in this position or Assistant Human Resources Manager in the hospitality or hotel is preferable.
3. Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill.
4. Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English
5. Strong in people management and development.
6. Knowledge on Thai labor law and its requirement.
7. Knowledge in SSO and Provident Fund
8. Knowledge of Food and Beverage Business or Retail would be an advantage.
9. Female Thai Nationality.
Work Location: Mainly based in office at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn (BTS Surasak).
And company's head office at TST Tower, 14th floor, Soi Chaiyaphum.

Basic Function:
Implement and maintain all human resources policies and procedures in line with company philosophies and all relevant legal requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Implement and maintain all human resources policies relating to recruitment, promotions,
transfers, personnel administration, and employee relations.
2. Recruit and interview staff (both TH / EXPAT).
3. Ensure EXPAT related procedures are in place (including VISA and Work Permit procedures).
4. Plan, implement, and monitor the manning guide, human resources budget and plan.
5. Monitor salary and wage administration including the conducting of salary surveys on a regular
basis to determine position in the market place.
6. Administer payroll and employee movement.
7. Monitor employee probationary period.
8. Conduct various employee activities including all employee meetings on a regular basis.
9. Produce reports for new hires, termination, turnover, resignation reasons, manpower, and
10. Ensure exit interviews conducted for all employees terminating their employments.
11. Administer employee opinion questionnaire and assist in addressing issues/concerns
12. Ensure job descriptions and person specifications are developed and updated on a regular basis
for all positions.
13. Knowledge of all benefits available locally and within the market.
14. Ensure orientation programs is conducted and followed as per company guidelines.
15. Update human resources strategic plan annually.
16. Develop and deliver training programs as and when required
17. Other duties as required or requested from CEO/Managing Director.
